Our Customer is one of the world’s leading law firms, with prestigious offices in the City. Their business development has been in response to the commercial needs of their clients - major corporations, banks, financial institutions and governments.
As the City of London has become increasingly important to these organisations, our Customer has expanded their London capabilities to cater for their clients’ needs. Their Headquarters now accommodates over 2500 staff and following a competitive tender, Steadberry were successfully awarded a term contract to provide fabric maintenance, electrical services and moves assistance.
Our Customer is a mergers and acquisition specialists with teams of lawyers working to tight deadlines, sometimes through the night. Steadberry provide an on-site team including an estate manager, H&S manager, electricians, carpenters and handymen, working in a dynamic legal environment where sensitivity is required to ensure minimal disruption, whilst maintaining the building to the highest standard.
Included within Steadberry’s remit of works is the specific responsibility for the movement and placement of our Customer’s art collection in addition to assisting with all moves & changes. Our Customer finds the use of our Costracker™ system invaluable to the efficient running of the term contract.
