Our Customer is one of the world’s leading law firms, with prestigious offices in the City.
Their development has been in response to the commercial needs of its clients - major corporations, banks, financial institutions and governments. As the City of London has become increasingly important to these organisations, they have expanded their London capabilities to cater for their clients’ needs.
The Headquarters in London now accommodate over 2500 staff, and as part of their ongoing expansion and improvement of facilities, a major refurbishment of the 13th floor was required. To ensure minimum disruption, both commercially and to staff, a 13 week ‘fast turn-round’ fit-out was carried out.
The refurbishment included a high element of M&E co-ordination, including the relocation of business critical IT equipment, and new offices for partners and trainees plus enhanced ‘break-out’ and vending areas. At the end of the refurbishment Steadberry, handled the complete relocation.
