Overview:
Steadberry have developed a close working partnership with their Customer maintaining their UK estate through a pro-active, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) regime.
The UK estate accommodates over 6500 staff at multiple locations in London, Croydon and the Southeast and totals over 1.5 million square feet. Their offices are in keeping with their global status and are amongst the most prestigious in ‘The City’. Operating in a high-speed dynamic environment needs quick response, robust processes and dedicated staff. Acting through a term contract as Master Vendor, Steadberry undertake all activities relating to Fabric Maintenance, Space Planning and Moves & Changes to ensure their high quality environment is maintained.
Through an onsite team of over 25 staff, including Estates Managers and Moves & Changes Managers, Steadberry provide a fully maintained Fabric Register, conduct a full PPM regime co-ordinated through innovative bespoke software, provide space planning, off-site storage of all surplus furniture, an accurate asset register and provide long term budget planning.
