Our Customer is one of the world’s largest investment firms with nearly $41 trillion in assets under management.
Following competitive tender Steadberry were awarded the contract to provide in-house fabric maintenance and co-ordinate all moves & changes at the London offices, further complementing Steadberry’s ‘City’ customer base.
Utilising a structured planned preventative maintenance (PPM) regime Steadberry are responsible for all fabric maintenance and this includes any fit-out and refurbishment requirements.
The Costracker™ and Store™ online management systems are both fully utilised to deliver a cutting edge service to our Customer.
