Planned Preventative Maintenance
PPMpro is an intelligent Planned Preventative Maintenance system which enables our staff to locate, record and rectify defects. Handheld PDA devices containing drawings of the building are used to identify defects. The data is then captured on our web based server where it is allocated to the appropriate trades for action.
Our staff and sub-contractors then use the handheld PDA devices to locate the defects and on completion of the remedial work, update the system accordingly. The stored data enables us to check the quality of the remedial work and to analyse trends in location, which may in turn identify areas where preventative measures are required.
